Join @treevenerationsociety artist Liz Perfect for this workshop, celebrating trees via Frottage. You are invited to come and take rubbings from found tree litter and bark, selected by the artist, to make an imaginary landscape by drawing into the patterns you find.
Workshop Description
Participants will be given a selection of art materials including graphite, coloured pencils and pastels, and shown how to capture the textures of nature onto naturally dyed rice paper. They’ll explore tree bark, sticks and leaves, creating immersive background patterns for an imagined artwork.
This workshop is suited to all ages.
