Miho Watanabe has been working as a professional commercial/editorial photographer since 1996 and is also a Painter. She is currently studying her Masters by Research in Fine Art at COFA, UNSW.
Miho’s work uses photography, painting and mixed media and explores the concept of ‘between-ness’ and attempts to make the ‘invisible’ subject ‘visible’. Her love and connection with trees, and belief of the interconnectedness of human beings with nature, is what inspires her conceptual art works for The Tree Veneration Society.
Miho has been a member of the Tree Veneration Society since its inception in 2010.
